Their mission is to grow quality, healthy mushrooms and make them available to the widest possible public. Farmers with respect for nature and love for human health. Shiitake means oak mushroom. Thanks to this traditional Japanese method of cultivation on oak logs, the mushrooms contain a high protein content and up to three times more health-promoting substances than Shiitake grown in other ways. On a few hundred square meters, they are able to produce up to thirty times more protein than when raising beef cattle. For this, they need about seventy times less water.
