    The forged chef's knife Forged VG10 is a universal helper in the kitchen. It can handle both herbs and large pieces of meat. The knife is made from one piece of high quality Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of 60 HRC and a handle made of root wood. The blade is 20.5 cm long. The knife is ground to an angle of 22°. Included in the package is a handmade brown leather sheath for the knife. Supplied in a luxury wooden box.

    Care: The knife is not dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing.
